矿井隐蔽火源异常区定向钻进探查Mine Concealed Ignition Source Abnormal PlaceAscertainment through Directional Drilling

摘要(Abstract):
复杂条件矿井火源异常区的探查逐渐成为隐蔽灾害矿井防灭火工作中的难题,本文提出利用定向钻探技术实现绕避障C,完成火源异常区探查的新方法。在对井下定向钻探技术轨迹控制、随钻测量及开分支工艺特点分析的基础上,以隐蔽灾害矿井为例,结合该矿险情,制定了定向钻进方案,成功实现了火源异常区的探查及测温,并利用定向钻孔轨迹通道,灌注防灭火浆液51 581m~3,将出水温度降至18℃,测定CO平均体积分数60×10~(-6),涌出量达到正常水平。结果表明,利用定向钻探技术可以实现隐蔽灾害矿井防灭火工作的探查治理。
