沁水煤田无烟煤基石墨烯的制备及技术表征Anthracite-based Graphene Preparation and Technical Characterization in Qinshui Coalfield

摘要(Abstract):
石墨烯是21世纪新兴的碳纳米材料,具有巨大的应用潜力。煤炭具有价格低廉、储量丰富的特点,将煤用于石墨烯等新型碳材料及其复合材料的开发应用是一项极具探索性的工作。以无烟煤为原料,采用改良的Hummers氧化还原法,基于不同石墨化度的煤基石墨制备石墨烯开展系统研究,综合利用X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和电感耦合等离子质谱仪(ICP-MS)等表征手段对原煤以及过程产物的化学结构进行表征,结果显示,所制得的煤基氧化石墨样品均在12°~13°出现特征峰,由于含氧官能团的引入其层间距为0.64nm,煤基石墨烯厚度为0.4~3nm,层数在1~10层,片径在1μm以下,其中BZ2-M4制备的煤基石墨烯化学结构较好。
