脉冲式振动破岩工具设计及模拟分析Impulse Type Vibratory Rock Breaking Tool Design and Simulation Analysis

摘要(Abstract):
为解决深井超深井机械钻速普遍较低的问题,基于水力脉冲与旋转冲击钻井技术,设计了一种新型的脉冲式振动破岩工具。该工具把水力脉冲射流技术与旋冲钻井的优点相结合,通过建立物理模型与数学模型有限元分析的方法对其可行性与影响因素进行分析,结果验证了其原理的可行性,并对工具叶片的个数以及流道的过流面积进行优选。该研究从理论上证明了脉冲式振动破岩工具的可行性,为深部地层的提速工具设计与实际应用提供了理论支持。通过现场应用对工具的实际使用效果进行了评价。
